Proceeds to Benefit The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals

November 1, 2007 – (Boston MA) — Komfort Pets, the company who brought the first ever climate-controlled pet carrier to market, announced today they will auction off a carrier signed by celebrities on eBay. Proceeds from Komfort Pets carrier, will benefit The ASPCA® (The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals®).

Celebrities had an opportunity to autograph this unique and innovative pet carrier at the GBK Productions Emmy gifting suite on September 12th, 13th and 14th. Those who lent their signature for this very worthy cause include; Debra Messing, James Pickens Jr., Lorraine Bracco, Paula Abdul, Kevin Dillon, Cheryl Hines, Rebecca Gayheart, Seth Green, Rex Lee, Mario Lopez, Michael Urie, Beau Bridges, Bradley Whitford, Blair Underwood, Stacy Keibler, William Baldwin, Michael Madsen, Leeza Gibbons and other tastemakers.

The Komfort Pets carrier was introduced at the Global Pet Expo in February 2007. It uses conduction and convection simultaneously to keep pets at a safe, healthy temperature and automatically turns on when the outside ambient temperature goes above 72 degrees or below 65 degrees.

Komfort Pets continuously works to raise money for a variety of charitable causes and is proud to work with the ASPCA to raise money for their cause.
